These terms and conditions govern your use of Axionix catering services and our website.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our catering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Axionix catering services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Service Description
Axionix provides professional catering services for various events including corporate functions, weddings, private parties, and special occasions. Our services include:
- Menu planning and consultation
- Food preparation and presentation
- Event setup and service staff
- Equipment rental and logistics
- Post-event cleanup services
All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Specific service details will be outlined in your individual catering agreement.
Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Process:
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or signed contract
- A deposit is required to secure your booking date
- Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours before the event
- Menu selections and special requirements must be finalised 72 hours in advance
Payment Terms:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods
Cancellation and Termination
Client Cancellations:
- More than 14 days before event: 50% of deposit refunded
- 7-14 days before event: 25% of deposit refunded
- Less than 7 days before event: No refund available
- Day of event: Full payment due regardless of attendance
Axionix Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that Axionix must cancel your event due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, illness, etc.), we will provide a full refund of all payments made and assist in finding alternative catering solutions where possible.
Changes to Bookings:
Changes to guest count, menu, or event details may incur additional charges and must be confirmed in writing. Significant changes may be treated as a new booking.
Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the event, venue, and guest requirements
- Ensure venue access and adequate facilities for our team
- Inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for the event
- Provide safe working conditions for our staff
- Make timely payments according to agreed terms
- Communicate any changes or concerns promptly
Limitation of Liability
Axionix's liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Damages caused by venue conditions or third-party actions
- Food allergies or dietary reactions not disclosed to us
- Event cancellations due to weather or force majeure events
- Theft or damage to client property not in our direct care
We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and encourage clients to obtain their own event insurance for additional protection.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Axionix or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or display our content without permission
- Use our recipes, menus, or proprietary methods for commercial purposes
- Copy or imitate our branding, logos, or marketing materials
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our trade secrets
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Food Safety and Allergies
Axionix is committed to food safety and follows all applicable health and safety regulations. However, clients must:
- Inform us of all food allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of booking
- Understand that our kitchen handles multiple allergens and cross-contamination may occur
- Take responsibility for informing guests of potential allergens in the food
- Ensure that any food left after the event is handled safely
We cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens, even when special preparations are made.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Pandemic or public health emergencies
- Labour strikes or transportation disruptions
- Supplier failures or equipment breakdowns
In such cases, we will work together to find reasonable solutions, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

We may use photos and testimonials from your event for marketing purposes unless you specifically opt out in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Axionix regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. In the event of a disagreement:
- Contact us directly to discuss the issue and seek a resolution
- If direct negotiation fails, we may engage in mediation
- As a last resort, disputes will be resolved through the Dutch court system
We encourage open communication and will make every effort to address concerns promptly and fairly.
Updates to Terms
Axionix reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we may notify clients via email.
